Dr Mickan works as a Knowledge Translation Fellow in the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine. Her aim is to translate what is known from the research evidence into practice improvement. She works in collaborative partnerships to better understand ways to deliver population and individual benefits. Her research focus is investigating and documenting the efficient implementation of research into practice. She uses a range of methodologies to better recognise the barriers and facilitators to change at individual, team and organisational levels.
