(E6/10) Walking down Cornmarket Street
– I enjoy it because there are different sounds there every day and different buskers and different people walking past: sometimes it’s traffic, sometimes it’s loads of people, and sometimes it’s no people. And actually, because it’s not difficult to navigate up and down Cornmarket Street, I can kind of listen to those sounds and appreciate them as sounds rather than as navigation tools. The buskers are kind of landmarks: they have regular positions, like the guitarist, so I kind of know where they are.
