Jesus College

Jesus College combines academic excellence in teaching and research with an informal, vibrant, and supportive community. We currently have 340 undergraduates, 190 graduates, 68 Fellows and 20 College lecturers.
The College was founded in 1571 by Queen Elizabeth I, at the request of a Welsh Lawyer and Clergyman, Hugh Price. The compact central College site has beautiful quadrangles tucked away off Turl Street, right in the heart of Oxford. We also have student accommodation in self-catering flats on our other sites in North and East Oxford.
